Unfortunately, frustrating flight delays are a common occurrence while traveling, particularly during bad weather. We use all available technology to ensure we have accurate data for your flight arrival. However, pertinent information is often not available until your chauffeur is already at the airport. This may result in wait times. In these circumstances, we must charge "wait time" to ensure the chauffeur will be there when you finally arrive. To minimize these charges, please contact us as often as possible with updates regarding your arrival time.

If you cannot locate your chauffeur, please call our office at 414-761-8095 or contact your chauffeur directly as you will be provided with their contact information with your onsite notification. If you leave without contacting our office you will be charged the full fare.

We make every effort to communicate with you and remain visible, unfortunately there are occurrences that may prevent us from greeting you inside terminal or to park in a very visible location.

All reservations include a 20% recommended gratuity. This amount can be adjusted per the client’s discretion.  You may tip additional if you feel it is warranted. It is always greatly appreciated.

Adjustments on built in Gratuity can be made through the chauffeur or by calling our office.

Receipts are automatically generated and sent out when the run is over and payment has been made.  If you do not receive a receipt, please contact our office at 414-761-8095.

All limousines and limo coaches are set with champagne glassware, plastic cups, napkins, bottled water & ice. Alcoholic beverages are not provided but are permitted and can be brought on board as long as every passenger is over the legal age of 21.

Yes. They must be soft sided. NO metal or Styrofoam coolers will be allowed.  Beer Kegs are NOT allowed.

NO. All our vehicles are non-smoking.

Customers are encouraged to provide their own car seat, however we do have a limited number of car seats and booster seats. Customers are required to attach all car seats. There is a $10 charge per seat requested.

Yes. Please contact our office or when making you reservation let us know. Every effort will be made to honor your request based upon the chauffeurs’ availability.

Yes, and we encourage you to do so. Contact our office to schedule a time for one of our staff to show you our fleet and to answer any questions you may have whether it’s for one vehicle, any of our specialty vehicles or for a group event our trained sales team is here to assist you in selecting the correct vehicles for your occasions and to help in your experience.

Yes, all vehicles are insured to federal insurance levels. Due to our high commitment to our corporate clients we provide a 5 million liability on all vehicles.

At Royal Limousine it is very important for us to match you to the correct vehicle and provide an accurate quote. In order for us to help you we will need to know:

  • How many people in your group?
  • What type of vehicle are you interested in? i.e. Sedan, SUV, Limo, Limo Bus or an Executive Van
    • please note that we will not go over any vehicle's capacity rating
  • Approximate length of service?
  • Where your pick up location is
  • Where your final destination is
  • What time you’re looking to be picked up
  • If traveling to one of the many Airports we service, how much luggage are you traveling with & the size of your suitcases
  • Would you like us to arrange transportation at your Destination city?

Excellent Question – Many operators seem to follow the car rental & Hotel industry and only want to provide Base Rates.  This gives them the appearance of being a low cost service provider.  To make sure you are getting a fair quote you must ask and get answers to the following:

  • I would like an ALL INCLUSIVE rate
  • What other fees or charges could you possibly add on to that rate?
  • When does your billing begin & when does it end?
  • Is there a travel fee for my pick-up and drop off location?
  • Can I come look at the vehicle you want to rent
  • Is the vehicle I look at the one I am guaranteed to get for my event
